HPL's original concept of "short run metal stamping" utilizes a very special low cost tooling process that produces extremely high quality stamped parts while keeping tooling costs to an absolute minimum. This is accomplished by using standard "Cataloged" tooling whenever possible for punching holes and forming U, V and offset forms. Standard holders and units eliminate the need for the normal die set.
