300 TURRET PUNCH PRESS WITH ROTARY INDEX AND SINUMERIK 3N CNC

The key piece of equipment used in sheet metal fabrications is our hydraulic turret press. This machine uses a select variety of different tool sizes and styles to nibble and notch your parts out of a various sheet metal stock. The angle and position of the tool changes as it moves around the edge. The part's edge will have a slight "scalloped" look. These tiny points are formed where one hit transitions to another and after deburring, it's hardly perceivable

Ideal for short to medium production runs. HPL's ultrahigh speed (over 600 hits per minute) fully hydraulic CNC turret press equipment and CNC press brakes can produce quality stamped parts from prototype to production. The main advantages of the turret press is the low cost tooling and faster deliver. In general, custom fabrication is used on small single run jobs of not more than a few hundred pieces or for metal prototypes.
